You can also choose the Border color (here I’m using Whitesmoke).
I’ve drop the cel padding and spacing both down to zero just to
leave the simple border.

To add another table right beneath the logo/header
just place the cursor just to the right of the logo (click on the
logo and then right arrow once) and go to Table Insert: Table and
choose both row and column as 1.

This will place a new table underneath the current
logo frame. This will be the Ezine issue information. Enter the
appropriate information like something as shown.

You can change the new table (or cell) properties
into a different color background by right clicking and choosing
table properties.

Enter some more text in the table below such as
‘Click here to open in a new document’. Change the font to
Verdana and the font size down to
8. This is the universally used font in the Photoshop industry
online. Know it and love it.
