Make sure they that each image has a location on the web and is referenced in this new document page (to create your html).

What you are doing is creating the special html code that you can copy and take with you anywhere you want to any computer in the world with online access and simply upload your html to ‘publish’ the newsletter. The html is referencing your images from your web server/host and doesn’t take up extra space in the Outlook inbox. You’ll notice that once you click off of any image whose html you have changed (when referenced to the proper location) will automatically refresh to show the online version of the image (if you have an always online internet connection). It is important that each image be referenced from it’s previously uploaded online location. You need to make sure. You want to be professional and not have any broken links or unavailable images.

Once you have changed the html for each image to reference it’s online version go to Code and copy all of the html.

Now you can go to your Autoresponder or email broadcast service and enter the html to broadcast your message.
