Ultimately I want something that will more represent my product
theme of ‘The Kissing Game’. So I’m thinking there should be some
lovey dovey flowers or something (as compared to a burning trash
can). I’m choosing these from my thousands of Photos.com images.

Drag in one of the images after you open it with the
moVe tool.

Be aware of the layer order because you’re probably
going to have to move it around.
Here is what it looks like with all of our background layers turned
off.

The red flower should provide an appropriate theme
or direction for us. Try changing blending modes on your two model
actors to see what might work. Often with blending modes you’ll find
a few options that will work. You can also change the blending modes
of the flower layer and maybe do a color underlay fill on the
original background layer.

I’m just continuing to try out different blending
modes. See; you get to see me
in the actual design process itself
(these tutorials were created live!)

A cursive font would seem to make more sense for the
‘Kissing’ line. Unfortunately this is about as elegant I can get
with my limited default font collection. It’s all about
options...and I’m not doing to good in the font’s area but this will
work good for now.

Keep trying different things out to get the exact
look that you’re looking for. Remember you can create custom
adjustment layers through the method that I teach in the
Basic
Photoshop training and these other tutorials. I’m trying to find the right
balance of color on the two characters.

The Curves Adjustment to map the light in each
channel or all channels.
